About Us

At Sydney's Sweets, we take pride in crafting the most delectable creations, with a special focus on our world-famous cheesecake cookies. Our baked goods are made with the finest ingredients, ensuring every bite is a delightful experience! My passion for cooking started in middle school where I would cook for my parents and four siblings. At 16 years old I created my first cheesecake cookie and have been perfecting the recipe ever since. When I turned 18, I moved from Minnesota to New York City to pursue a Culinary Arts Degree from the Institute of Culinary Education. After completing my program, I moved back home to Minnesota to do an internship at one of the top rated restaurants in Rochester (The Bleu Duck). At this high end restaurant we created dishes for celebrities such as Kevin James and Ivanka Trump. While working here I met my business partner and now husband and decided to move over to a small town along the Mississippi River. Since then I've taken my passion, skill and culinary knowledge to the next level and turned what was once a dream into a reality by starting my own home bakery "Sydney's Sweets"!
